Prioritization Matrix
The Eisenhower Matrix is a simple tool for daily use that helps you organize tasks by how important and urgent they are. This version also adds Effort, so you can see which tasks give the most results for the least work. Use it each day to decide what to do first, what to plan, what to delegate, and what to ignore.
How to Use the Tool
Type in a task you need to do.
Rate the Impact / Importance from 1 (very low) to 5 (very high).
Rate the Effort it will take from 1 (easy) to 5 (very hard).
Rate the Urgency from 1 (not urgent) to 5 (very urgent).
Click the “Add to Matrix" button.
Your task will appear in one of the four quadrants based on Importance and Urgency.
The tool will also calculate a score using all three factors, and your tasks will be listed in order of priority.
Keep adding tasks until your matrix is full. Use the Print / Save as PDF or Export CSV options to save your work.
To start over, simply select the "Clear All" option.
